Order Processing and Shipping:

Generally, it takes 1-3 business days for us to verify and prepare your unit. Following this, your product should reach you within 8-12 business days. Please note that we only start our compatibility and verification checks once we receive all requested information (such as dashboard photos, existing radio specifications etc.). As such, we will start counting our Processing, Handling and Shipping time once we receive this.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.  All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Options:

We are pleased to offer two shipping options for all our products: a free shipping option with ~12 business days shipping and a premium shipping option with ~8 business days shipping.

Transit and Handling Time:

Shipments typically transit across the United States within 8-12 business days. Our order dispatch cutoff time is 11:00 AM ET, with a handling time of 1-3 days.

Change of Address:

You may change your delivery address before we dispatch your order. Unfortunately, we can't modify the delivery address once your order is in transit. If you need to update your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via email at aotsr.com@gmail.com

Cancellations:

We accept order cancellations only before the order has been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellations are not permitted. Return & Refund policies will apply. To cancel an order, contact us aotsr.com@gmail.com

Damages and Insurance:

If your product arrives damaged, you can return and exchange it within 15 days. We'll provide the shipping label. The final price you pay includes all taxes and additional costs.

Notifications:

You'll receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. When your order is ready for collection by our transport partner, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you find the parcel damaged in transit, please reject the parcel and contact our customer service.
